Closebridge Advisors is led by Tim Lambrecht, a seasoned technology executive/entrepreneur and M&A advisor with decades of experience in the managed services and cloud industry. Tim founded an IT services firm in 1996 and successfully grew it into a multi-million-dollar managed service/cloud provider before its sale in 2010.
During and following his tenure as the owner, Tim has advised numerous organizations on strategic growth, consolidation, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes working with global enterprises such as Intel, Samsung, and Xerox, as well as supporting large MSPs through complex transactions and integration efforts.
Tim is known for his practical, operator-first perspective and his commitment to achieving fair, balanced outcomes for both buyers and sellers. At Closebridge Advisors, this philosophy drives every engagement—successfully “closing the bridge” between parties and ensuring transactions are completed with clarity, alignment, and long-term value.
